Arnold Clark acquires Calterdon BMW in Inverness

Arnold_Clark_620Arnold Clark has acquired Calterdon BMW and Mini in Inverness for an undisclosed sum.

The new site will trade under the group’s Harry Fairbairn brand which operates BMW and Mini sites in Giffnock, Irvine and Kirkcaldy.

This latest acquisition, on Harbour Road, brings the group’s headcount in Inverness up to seven franchises operating across six sites.

“We’re very excited to open this new Harry Fairbairn branch in Inverness. As the first Harry Fairbairn dealership in the area, we hope we can showcase our fantastic range of stock to the people of Inverness,” said  Robbie Maltby, Harry Fairbairn Inverness general manager.

Arnold Clark, founded and led by Arnold Clark (pictured), is rated number three in the Motor Trader Top 200.

Calterdon was named after its founders Calum, Terry and Donald.
