Ben has estimated that 1 in 2 automotive workers are struggling with their mental health right now.
On World Mental Health Day (10th October), Ben is highlighting that he impact of a global pandemic and the impending cost-of-living crisis, not to mention the significant changes that are taking place in the automotive industry – a global parts shortage, the shift to EV from combustion engines, the transition to digital rather than in-person customer communications – are all taking their toll on the automotive community, meaning that the industry has been one of the hardest hit by the instability of recent years.
Ben is encouraging all those in the automotive industry to take the first brave step towards a healthier future and make their own mental health and wellbeing a priority by reaching out to Ben and having the first conversation.
Rachel Clift, health & wellbeing director at Ben, said: “One free and confidential chat with Ben could help you to get back on track – we can connect you with the best tools and services that are tailored to help you to overcome whatever it is you’re facing.
