Blue Motor Finance launches new features on its customer portal.
Blue Motor Finance Limited (Blue), a FCA regulated UK based car finance provider, prides itself on its ability to use technology to enhance its customer service. Which is why Blue is pleased to announce the latest new features it has added to its revised ‘My Blue’ customer portal, which it launched in June 2023.
Customers can now request all of their agreement related documentation for the life of their loan, in one simple file, at the touch of a button. Customers can also request to receive a settlement quote in real time, at a time convenient to them. In addition to this Blue has added a high-contrast colour scheme for those that would benefit from it.
Blue has also integrated its successful Smart Search Service into the portal and made it even simpler to find thousands of new and used cars from Blue’s trusted dealer network. From calculating potential monthly payments, shortlisting vehicles, and applying for finance, it is all in the ‘My Blue’ space. Customers will gradually get access to these features over the coming weeks.
More updates are planned over the coming month and into 2024, so keep an eye on the portal.
