Brayleys Cars has appointed David Gostling as its Honda franchise director.
Gostling has 27 years of experience in the auto industry. For the last 12 years, he has held roles within Honda UK covering sales, marketing and aftersales.
A LinkedIn post from Brayleys Cars read: “We are pleased to announce that David Gostling has joined the team as our new Honda Franchise Director.
“His extensive background and expertise will undoubtedly be a huge asset to the Honda division and our leadership team.”
Gostling began his career with Sterling Motor Group with its Peugeot business and also worked within Inchcape’s VW division.
Brayleys appointed Jose Blanco as its new CEO at the start of the year, replacing Paul Brayley who is taking on a non-executive director role on the main board.
Blanco joined from Europcar Mobility Group where he was group chief sales officer and a member of the group executive committee.
Brayleys is currently committed to expansion and embracing digital transformation.
With 30 dealerships in the UK, ranging from North of Manchester to the South of London, the group is ranked 74 in the Motor Trader Top 200 Dealer Groups with annual turnover of £232.7m.
