As dealers gear up for another strong year in 2015 Motor Trader is settting out to identify the next generation of car retailing bosses in the car retailing sector.
This Motor Trader Rising Starts 2015 initiative, launched in association with Northridge Finance, is a national search for the next generation of movers and shakers who are already raising the professionalism of our fast changing sector and who will eventually help to lead it.
We are looking for people who are already regarded as outstanding talents, have great business acumen and are seen as an inspiration to their peers.
They may already have an impressive CV, having started to climb the career ladder in the automotive sector, or they might be newcomers who have joined the sector over the last three years.
Motor Trader Rising Stars 2015 is open to everyone in the UK motor trade, regardless of their current job title.
We want to hear from staff involved in sales, aftersales, administration and management.
The winners will be hard working, forward looking and ambitious, with the potential to make a real impact on the wider car retailing sector.
Entrants must be nominated by their managers and we are asking for a citation of at least 250 words explaining why they should be considered, which you can post or email to us.
The closing date for entries is 2 March 2015 after which the Motor Trader and Northridge Finance judging panel will select the winners. All the winners will be invited to an exclusive networking event, where they will be presented with a trophy.
