Drive Motor Retail becomes joint headline sponsor for local MG Racer
Drive Motor Retail has moved into motor sport promotion becoming a joint headline sponsor of the Nottingham-based MG ZR Racer Chase Sharpe.
In 2022, Sharpe won the UK Kart Series Championship and the UK Plate in the Synergy Honda Cadet Extreme category.
He then switched to Junior Prokart and won the UK Plate in November 2022. In the 2023 season, he received the MG ZR Sprint/Hillclimb car, which he is currently testing for the upcoming MG Speed Championship.
Drive Motor Retail have 22 dealerships all around the UK, six of which are MG-approved franchises, including their Head Office in Leicestershire.
Sharpe said: “Having my family racing MGs for 20 years, it is truly amazing to have Drive on board with me where I can proudly fly the MG flag.”
