To enter a member of your staff simply fill out and sign an entry form and send it together with 350 words testimonial.
The testimonial needs to explain how the nominee has lifted your business over the past 12 months and why you think they deserve to be considered for one of the awards.
The Newcomer category is open to any member of staff who started their current jobs from January 2013.
