Stellantis UK has appointed Eurig Druce as Group Managing Director, replacing Maria Grazia Davino who has decided to leave the company after just 14 months in the job.
Davino posted a warm tribute to retailers and Stellantis staff on Linked-in, using a photo of her at a dealership (See below).
“The image for this post is a highlight memory from the very many retail network visits I made during my time in the UK,” she said.
Druce will report to Jean-Philippe Imparato, COO, Enlarged Europe region. Druce will retain his most recent role as MD for Peugeot for an interim period amidst the search for a successor.
Imparato said: “I am delighted to be able to appoint Eurig Druce to this position. His proven track record in the country will provide continuity of our strategy in this important market.”
“I sincerely thank Maria Grazia for her unwavering focus on performance and her ability to drive results swiftly.
“She built strong relationships with retailers, employees, and stakeholders, while adeptly handling regulatory changes in a disrupted industry. Her leadership has made a lasting impact on our UK operations and paved the future.”
Davini was interviewed by Guy Bird in Motor Trader in February this year in which she said: “My management style is to create strong bridges, bridges that will not break.”
