Fiat Group Automobiles UK has appointed Simon Wheeler as its new fleet and remarketing director.
Reporting to managing director Andrew Humberstone, he takes over responsibility for developing fleet and corporate sales.
The responsibilities are in addition to his existing role for used vehicle remarketing and disposal of Fiat Group vehicles into the Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Abarth and Fiat Professional dealer networks.
Wheeler started his motor industry career in the early 1970s with dealer group Dutton Forshaw and has worked with Rover Group and Trader Media Group.

“Fiat Group is now a serious force within the UK motor industry and our recent success in the retail channel now deserves to be repeated in the major fleet sectors.
