H.R. Owen will open a new flagship Ferrari showroom in Mayfair’s Berkeley Square later this week.
To celebrate the opening of the showroom, the company has been granted an exclusive opportunity to showcase three of the most iconic Ferrari cars in a special display on the lawns of Berkeley Square Gardens.
The cars include the Ferrari 750 Monza from 1954, Ferrari 250 California Spider from 1961, Ferrari 250 GTO from 1962 and Ferrari Monza SP1.
These cars are on display in Berkeley Square Gardens, Mayfair, from Tuesday 09 July until Thursday 11 July.
In June HR Owen Group announced pre-tax profits of £8.3m for the year to 30 April 2019.
This marks its third year of consecutive growth. The group’s profits have increased from £1.6m in 2016/17 to £8.3m in the latest financial year. This represents a four-fold increase against the backdrop of a 29% increase in revenue over the same period.
The latest 12-month period is the second full year of figures for the HR Owen Group under the ownership of the Malaysian Berjaya Group, founded by Vincent Tan and under the leadership of CEO, Ken Choo.
The group will add Rimac, the Croatian electric supercar-maker, and Pininfarina, the Italian brand owned by India’s Mahindra, to its portfolio this year, which also includes Aston Martin, Bugatti and Maserati franchises.
The company is considering new business models for these new electric car brands. For example, with Rimac, rather than creating conventional showrooms it will fly customers out to the factory in Croatia.
It also plans to open two new global flagship London showrooms for Rolls-Royce.
