HPI’s Daniel Burgess promoted to new post

Daniel Burgess has been promoted to the new position of sales, marketing and operations director of HPI.

The move is the result of restructuring at the UK division of Solera, which owns HPI and Audatex, and sees Burgess taking over the day-to-day operations of the HPI business. He reports to Joe Doyle, who remains managing director for HPI, Audatex UK and Audatex UISA. Burgess was previously the automotive director of HPI.

“This new structure, built around Solera’s regional growth strategy, enables us to ensure that HPI continues to deliver and meet the demands of our customers in both the consumer and trade arena,” said Joe Doyle.

“Daniel Burgess is ideally qualified to take on this challenging and high profile role, bringing with him a focus on operations, profitable innovation and delivery of exemplary service to our customers.  We are building on a solid foundation for ongoing growth, embracing new challenges along the way.”

Commenting on his new role, Daniel Burgess adds, “There is clearly a massive opportunity to build on HPI’s sales and operational strengths and from a marketing point of view, we will be looking to develop an even stronger brand position, under the Solera banner.
