JudgeService, one of the country’s leading customer review platform providers, has launched a new product which allows customers to post real-time online feedback on their car-buying experience.
The new Micro Reviews tool allows customers to provide instant feedback to Google and Facebook at any point during the buying process. Areas of enquiry include quality of dealership greeting (refreshments, waiting areas, etc.), through to the level of customer service.
The survey, which takes between 30 seconds and a minute to complete, is texted to customers for their feedback and testimonial. If the customer wouldn’t recommend the dealership this feedback is sent to the relevant contact to allow them to action a response.
According to research from Podium, a data management provider, approximately 60% of UK consumers check online reviews every week, highlighting the vital importance of positive business reviews.
In 2016, Auto Trader signed up to receive dealership survey results from JudgeService to support quality in customer service.
Neil Addley, JudgeService founder (pictured), said: “In a world where everyone is a digital consumer, customers are masters of the universe and employers need to make sure everyone in their business is a digital marketeer to make their product and their company shine.
“We know buyers are using online reviews on a regular basis to help inform their buying decisions. This tool allows us to capture customer feedback at any micro moment in the buying process and deliver online visibility and reviews to current or future customers to tap into that trend, providing reassurance and credibility for those looking to buy.”
JudgeService offers a range of products which are now used by more than 1,000 leading car dealers across the UK to help measure customer service success. In just six years of operation, nearly one million reviews have been left by customers.
