Keyloop will acquire Automotive Transformation Group (ATG) with the aim of creating an integrated technology portfolio that allows retailers and OEMs to improve customer experience by connecting the entire consumer journey.
The automotive industry has seen rising customer expectations with regards to digital and physical touchpoints. Keyloop is focused on an ‘Experience-First’ approach which values accuracy of data in its solutions, increasing efficiency for dealers through a stronger flow of information and a personalised customer experience.

ATG is being advised by Houlihan Lokey and Taylor Wessing while Keyloop is being advised by King & Spalding and Paul Hastings. ATG management was advised by Momentum Corporate Finance.
