KGM Motors UK appoints new head of customer service

KGM Motors UK has appointed Keith Chaffe (pictured r) as its new head of technical and customer service to strengthen the brand’s aftersales team.

His automotive career began as a vehicle technical and since then he has led a team to deliver technical support services and has been responsible for supporting B2B and B2C. Chaffe has significant experience in the automotive industry, over two decades.

Chaffe said: “I’m delighted to be joining KGM Motors at what is a very exciting period for the company.

“I’m very much looking forward to leading the support of our customer and dealer network to deliver the best service possible.”

He joined KGM Motors UK from automotive software company Opus IVS where he worked for eight years. His most recent role at Opus IVS was technical manager.

Stephen Bucci (pictured l), general manager service operations at KGM Motors UK, said: “We are thrilled to have Keith join our team as part of our department’s restructuring efforts to provide greater operational and technical support.

“His wealth of experience and expertise in the industry will undoubtedly enhance the support we provide to our valued customers and help us build long-lasting relationships with both our customer and dealer network.
