Lookers Leeds and Gateshead win Ford President awards

Two Lookers dealerships have won Ford President’s Awards in recognition of their customer experience and functional expertise.

Lookers Ford Gateshead and Lookers Ford Leeds have received the accolade, with judges ranking dealerships on areas including surpassing sales goals, high levels of customer satisfaction and overall experience.

Lookers Ford Leeds also won the award in 2022. Rob Dier, franchise director at Lookers Ford, said: “In what is an incredibly competitive industry, it is more crucial than ever that customer experience is of the highest standard.

“That’s why we are so thrilled that not just one, but two Lookers dealerships have been honoured with a 2023 Ford President’s Award.

The 2023 contest was based on a range of metrics measuring the delivery of exceptional customer experience and functional expertise, including Follow Up after deliver and service as well as concern resolution.
