Richard Parry-Jones, Marshall chairman, said: “I am delighted that Nicky will be joining the board of MMH.

“She brings with her a wealth of knowledge of the retail industry and strong non-executive experience, including the chairing of remuneration committees.

“On behalf of the board, I look forward to welcoming Nicky to MMH and to working with her during our next period of growth and development.”

Dulieu said: “I am excited to be joining the Board of MMH during this period of evolution for the automotive retail industry.
