Simply register and we will send you a form to fill in with the teams you think will progress throughout the tournament, until you are left with just one team, the World Cup winners.

You will earn points for every correct prediction you make. The player with the most points at the end of the tournament will be crowned the Motor Trader World Cup Predictor Champion!

The Basics:

• It’s simple. First register by clicking here.

• You will then receive a World Cup Predictor form via email.

• All you have to do is input the teams and how they will progress throughout the tournament.

• Initially you’ll predict which order the teams will finish in their respective groups. Then you will move on to the knockout stages, predicting who will progress. Eventually you will end up with just one team. The World Cup winner.

• Points are earned for correct predictions:

  • Group Stage = 1 point per correct position (32 points available)
  • Quarter Finals = 2 points per correct position (16 points available)
  • Semi Finals/Finalists = 3 points (24 points available)
  • 3rd/4th Place Winner = 4 points (4 points available)
  • Winner = 5 points (5 points available)

• Tie-Breaker – Guess the total amount of goals scored in the entire tournament (excluding penalty shootouts). If the scores are level at the end of the game, the tie-breaker will come into play. The player who is closest wins.

• You will get regular emails with World Cup news as well as the latest Predictor league tables, so you can keep up to date with your position on the leaderboard.
