It’s Quarter Finals time already. Time certainly flies once England have been knocked out…

There are some surprises among the usual suspects. While the likes of Brazil, Spain, Netherlands, Argentina and Germany are all familiar names in the Quarter Final draw, it’s Uruguay, Paraguay and Ghana who have excelled in the tournament so far and fully deserve their place amongst the elite.

Already on the plane home are Portugal, Mexico, USA, Chile, Japan, Slovakia, South Korea and of course a relatively small country called England.

The big game in the Quarter Finals has to be Brazil v Netherlands, while another one to watch involves Argentina and England’s conquerers, Germany. Whatever happens, either Uruguay or Ghana will be in the World Cup Semi Finals!

Well, that’s your round up and onto the more pressing issue of the latest Predictor Leaderboard!
