Penton, the south of England dealer group, is building a £3.5m Citroen and DS dealership in Holes Bay Poole.
It currently operates Citroen and Vauxhall dealerships in Salisbury and a Citroen dealership in Christchurch.
Poole Bournemouth West has been an open point for Citroen since 2009. Penton bought the site in September 2013.
Penton hopes to be trading in Poole in January 2015 to capitalise on the March 2015 registration change.
The new dealership will being Penton into the Motor Trader Top 200 for the first time with turnover breaking through the £30m mark.
Penton managing director Robert Wilson said: “We are very pleased to have been awarded our third Citroen dealership and to have been able to acquire a suitable freehold site for Poole Bournemouth West.
“This completes a triangular Citroen market area for us that we have been seeking to achieve for quite some time.
“The group turnover will increase substantially from under £30m to around £45-50m when both Vauxhall Salisbury and Citroen Poole are fully on stream.
“This will be our third new build dealership facility since 2012, which will have 1.5 acres of surplus area for future expansion or development by Penton,” he said.
