Perrys Motor Sales has sold its former Perrys Mazda showroom and mill building to Portland of Bawtry Limited for an undisclosed figure through property company Savills.
The property, located on North Valley Road in Colne, comprises a single storey showroom, separate workshop facility and four storey mill building used for parts and storage.
In total, it spans 23,636 sq ft and the site area is 0.79 acres. Portland of Bawtry’s redevelopment plans involve a drive-thru which will include EV charging, subject to planning permission.

Perrys Motor Sales disposed of its Mazda showroom in Blackburn in February, selling the long leasehold of Brownhill Garage in Blackburn to North West Automobiles Limited for £600,000.
