Ray Chapman Motors Volvo Bradford, headed by service manager Craig Walton, passed the Volvo Personal Service Accreditation in record speed.
In October last year, Ray Chapman Motors Bradford relocated to a new showroom on Canal Road. Over the last nine months the team worked on becoming a Volvo Personal Service (VPS) dealership.
The award was presented to Walton by Peter Schofield of Network & Business Development UK and Renee Blomkvist from Volvo in Sweden.
VPS is enabled by the Volvo Workshop System which allows two personal service technicians working on cars to reduce waiting times.
Personal service technicians are the single point of contact for the customer in order to build trust from point of contact.
