RRG Group support “Not in my name” campaign​

The RRG Group are supporting White Ribbon Day and the “Not in My Name” campaign with Dovestone Women’s Institute which aims to end violence against women.

Staff across RRG sites will be wearing white ribbons until 10 December, pledging to never excuse or stay silent about violence against women.

RRG Group’s announcement read: “Engaging with this initiative is crucial in challenging the inequalities and attitudes that cause violence against women.”

White Ribbon is the UK’s leading charity engaging men and boys to end violence against women and girls.

The organisation aims to prevent violence against women and girls by addressing its root causes.

It works with men and boys to change long-established, and harmful, attitudes, systems and behaviours around gender norms and masculinity which perpetuate inequality and violence.

The charities work is preventative, aiming to stop violence before it has begun.
