RRG rolls out paperless route for car supermarkets

Marubeni Auto Investments (MAIUK) has teamed up with iStoreDOCS to support the expansion of its HPL Car Supermarkets in Oldham, Preston, and Atherton.

iStoreDOCS was developed by Mad Devs to help dealers manage customer documentation. It claims over 80% of employees use file sharing on the platform to reduce issues like duplication while increasing collaboration.

MAIUK operates the RRG Group, which was founded in 1967. It has developed into one of the largest dealer groups in the North, representing Toyota, Lexus, Mazda, Peugeot, KODA, Nissan, Kia, and MG in 21 locations throughout the North West and West Yorkshire.

The iStoreDOCS cloud is encrypted to ensure customer data is safe and compliance procedures enforced.

Mad Devs said with compliance processes in place to reinforce the technology, users of iStoreDOCS can achieve a significantly higher compliance rate.
