Rygor Auto opens Mercedes passenger car aftersales site in Heathrow

Rygor Auto has opened a Mercedes-Benz passenger car service and repair centre in Heathrow.

The facility complements the existing Rygor Auto van centre and Rygor Auto truck centre in the Heathrow area.

As of last year, Rygor Auto Gloucester is an established authorised Mercedes-Benz Repairer, looking to expand into the passenger car segment.

The site has 18 ramps, including an MOT bay and a four-wheel alignment bay. Mercedes-Benz-trained technicians will provide maintenance and repairs, covering servicing, MOTs and an Express Service.

The Express Service solution for Chauffeur and Taxi businesses provides double the attention on the vehicle, for half of a customer’s time as two Mercedes-Benz certified technicians service the vehicle.

There is also a new customer waiting area where customers can make use of comfortable workstations and free Wi-Fi access.

John Keogh, Rygor’s MD, said: “This is another exciting step for Rygor Group of which Rygor Auto is a significant part.

“Rygor Group is known for delivering fantastic customer service, and this will absolutely be the case in the premium car sector too and we have loved already welcoming customers to our new site this week.”

An official launch event will be held for prospective customers at the site on Saturday 8 June.
