Stellantis UK has appointed Vizion to be the sole provider of accident management services to the nine brands served by the Multi-Brand Accident Repair Programme in the UK.
Vizion has pioneered the development of Cortex, Lenz, Vizion Drive, Green Earth and the Autoflow Bodyshop Management System.
Handling over 300,000 claims per year, Vizion has relationships with most major insurance companies in the UK.
Each of the Stellantis Brands – Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS Automobiles, Fiat, Fiat Professional, Jeep, Leapmotor, Peugeot and Vauxhall will have a dedicated helpline that customers can call upon 24hrs a day, 365 days a year as well as re-designed webpages to help and guide customers through the claims and repair process.
