Steven Eagell Group renews membership with Automotive 30% Club

Steven Eagell Group has renewed its Silver membership with the Automotive 30% Club.

Since becoming a member in 2021, changes have been made at Steven Eagell Group to improve the gender balance. This includes updating recruitment processes to attract and retain more female talent, recruitment videos featuring female employees.

Female employees from Steven Eagell Group took part in initiatives and campaigns organised by the Automotive 30% Club to promote the automotive industry as being ‘open to all’.

The Automotive 30% Club is a network of over 70 automotive CEOs and MDs. The Club was founded by Julia Muir in 2016 and aims to improve the gender balance and diversity in the sector.
