TrustFord wins charitable Payroll Giving Diamond Award 2021

TrustFord, the UK’s largest Ford dealer Group has won an award for fostering a culture of philanthropy in the workplace.

The factory-owned dealer group won ‘The Payroll Giving Diamond Award 2021’ in recognition for its continued commitment to donating to charity through the payroll.

The Diamond Award is the highest available certification and is awarded to companies with at least 30% employee participation in Payroll Giving.

Payroll Giving has been one of the only fundraising methods that continued uninterrupted and increased regular and reliable income for charities under pressure as the pandemic took its toll.

TrustFord is proud to have been able to support the Charitable Giving Team through these challenging times. All colleagues joining TrustFord are invited to contribute through payroll either to their favourite charity or to the Group’s preferred charity, BEN.

The company raise £75,000in February 2021 by participating in ‘Breakout for Ben’s Active challenge’ bringing the total raised over the past 3 years to £300,000.

The company’s Trust also contributed to a number of small charities across their communities during the pandemic.
