Inchcape and Volkswagen have put a major emphasis on used cars at the new flagship four-floor dealership which recently opened off the A4 in Brentford.
Two floors of the dealership are dedicated to Das Welt Auto approved used car scheme with 30 used cars located on each level.
The dealership is pushing its high-tech credentials, making use of web-enabled touchscreens to enable customers to search Inchcapeโs nationwide stock of 2,000 used Volkswagen vehicles.
The dealership also has 140-inch video walls, which allow sales staff to project images directly onto the big screen.
Director of Volkswagen UK, Alex Smith, said: โWest London Volkswagen sends a very clear message that the brand here in the UK is continuing to gear up for growth.

Separately, Volkswagen is rolling out an Aftersales Digital Reception (ADR) initiative for its dealer network.
The new programme has jettisoned desks and desktop PCs in favour of a more informal service reception area with specialist advisors armed with tablets to take customers through the work required.
