City Auction Group has appointed Lee Connor as the new head of business development, with immediate effect.
Connor has over 20 years’ experience in the vehicle remarketing sector, having worked for Wilsons Auctions, initially as an auction trainee, moving onto fleet corporate and field sales positions, and more recently, as branch auction manager and auctioneer.
Connor was responsible for the corporate accounts at the branch, together with business development in Northern Ireland, primarily whilst promoting and developing the corporate fleet client relationships across the UK.
Connor said: “I’m really excited about the journey. City Auction Group has seen exponential growth in recent times and working alongside a robust and experienced team led by our visionary CEO, I will help drive assist further advancement of our services to both current and prospective customers. There are exciting times ahead for the business.
“As an auctioneer, I’m really looking forward to stepping into the purple lane, gavel in hand to auction some quality stock on behalf of our many partners. There’s nothing quite like the buzz of conducting a live auction.”
