Motorpoint is offering support to motorists whose cars have been damaged due to widespread flooding across England and Wales caused by Storm Bert. It is giving car owners whose vehicles have been written off due to flood damage £300 towards their next car.
The price reduction is available on all Motorpoint stock. Motorists need to supply proof that their previous vehicle has been written off because of flood damage.
Mark Carpenter, Motorpoint Group CEO, said: “We were saddened to see the extent of the damage caused by Storm Bert and the number of people who are having to navigate the impact of flood damage on their homes, businesses and vehicles.
“As a business that has been directly impacted by flood damage in the past, we felt it was important to do what we could to help motorists who have lost their vehicles.
“We’re proud that we can offer support for motorists and provide a way to help get them behind the wheel of their next car as soon as possible.”
The initiative is now live and will be in place until the 31 December 2024.
