Vauxhall has revealed prices and specification for the new Grandland. Orders for car are now open, with prices starting from £34,700.
New Grandland is available in three trim levels – Design, GS and Ultimate. The car New Grandland sits at the top of Vauxhall’s SUV portfolio.
At 4,650mm long, it is the largest model in Vauxhall’s SUV line-up that also includes Mokka and the forthcoming new Frontera.
All versions of the New Grandland get 19-inch alloy wheels as standard and a body colour rear spoiler.
GS and Ultimate models feature black diamond cut wheels, a contrasting black roof finish and both front and rear bumpers and spoilers in high gloss black, while the Ultimate Electric is further enhanced with 20-inch alloy wheels and a panoramic glass roof.
Inside, a 10-inch centrally mounted infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto sits in the centre of the dashboard, while ahead of the driver is a fully digital 10-inch cluster that provides essential information.
GS and Ultimate models feature a larger 16-inch infotainment system complete with wireless smartphone charging. Frequently used settings such as climate control can also be operated
From launch the New Grandland offers a fully electrified range of powertrains, including the fully electric New Grandland Electric.
Next year, New Grandland Electric will be joined by a Long-Range version with a 98kWh battery and an estimated range of 435 miles.
Also available is the New Grandland Hybrid, which combines a 136hp 1.2-litre turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine with a 28hp electric motor and 48-volt technology.
Paired with a new six-speed dual clutch transmission, it is capable of up to 51.4mpg (WLTP), emits as little as 125g/km of CO2 and is capable of 0-62mph in 10.2 seconds.
